I think this is fabulous and I’m glad he’ll be able to bring the sign back. I guess he’s not as interested in the bar, but I almost feel like they go hand in hand and something should be done there as well.

Yeah, it would be weird to see a nice, shiny neon sign over a building with half its roof gone and a missing wall or two.
