This is not how I imagine George Washington.
Can you rotate all of the pieces à la Rubik’s Cube and turn it into a bust of George III?

Thought. A quick 3d scan of some public-place statue’s head, then print tiles that turn it into Snowden, and glue them on at some moonless night. With a quick sprayover with suitable shade of bronze (or white in case of marble) paint, and a suitable not-too-visible-not-too-invisible statue location, it may take a while for anybody to notice.
