The nails line confuses me…
don’t bite your nails to the quick.
ideal length is shorter than all your various hairs.
having nails longer than any of your hairs is not awesome.

Clearly they’ve left out the Tom Selleck spike in the pink line about halfway along the x-axis.
I do OK here. It’s a good thing they did not include body fat index, though.

So the ideal male would have a floor-length Methuselah beard and a full-body wax. But what of the eyebrows??
