“Crystal resin” is a technical/trade term for the clear resin used for jewellery-grade casting.
But you’re right. On structural level, it would either have to be a monocrystal (like those quartz crystals that gave the resin its designation), or nanocrystalline with crystal size small enough to scatter light (see transparent glass-ceramics), or amorphous (which it is).
