Eating kittens is just plain wrong, and no one should do it, ever. And I even heard that from another giant arthropod.

Well, last time we tried bananas. Just look at what happened that time.
From an 1887 book my grandfather had, Sea and Land, J.W. Buel, a sort of Monster Manual as perceived in 1887.
“The robber-crab, peculiar to the Samoan Islands, is also a cocoanut-eater…”
And, in the illustration, likes to pull on goats!
“A group of coconut crabs is referred to as a nightmare.”
I hope this is true!
Crabs in general kinda freak me out but this kind especially.
I’m not going to check, just assume it is, as it’s too splendid to spoil.
