Oh for fucking out loud. :rage:

Isn’t that the same show that hammered Warren on her indigenous American claims?
Any chance we can get Trump on there?

I’m no fan of Charlamagne Tha Asshole or that show, but that was a definite fuck-up on Biden’s part.

Far from the first screw-up or the last. As much as some want to shift the focus elsewhere to avoid discussing it, Biden’s propensity for gaffes is well known to anyone who’s followed American politics over the past few decades.

Tell me about it.

Biden is far from the ideal candidate, but he’s what Dems are stuck with.

I’m still holding my nose for Biden, but I’m not African-American. Don’t worry, Joe, you have plenty of time to offend me, too.

I am Black, and I’ll still vote for the fucker, but I won’t like it.

I just need him to STFU as much as possible between now and then.

This. Joe does best when other people talk about how good he is, not when he talks about…much of anything. That and the biggest contrast he can show between himself and Trump is that he listens to people, especially experts. His campaign should be highlighting that difference right now.

And he’d better pick one hell of a good running mate…

More and more, it’s seemingly likely to be Klobuchar… which… ugh.

Give people a choice between a Republican and a Republican, they’ll take the Republican every time. Klobuchar is a fucking hack.

Barring a miracle, Biden is going to lose.

So, now is the time to get planning on what you are going to do in response to that.

I too got an (even more) sinking feeling when I saw that, but then, he is also vetting others.

Not that I have any idea who Demings is.

And what happened to the idea that he needs someone at least somewhat progressive to pull in Bernie and Warren voters?

The purpose of the Democratic party is not to defeat the GOP. Its role is to suppress the left.

They’re paid to lose.

I mostly agree, but then, they did recently have an 8-year win.

Not that Obama wasn’t a dedicated neoliberal suppressor of the left.

What I was just saying about defeatism, in another thread?

You’re doing it, right now.
