I think they’re more likely to accuse him of being a “self-hating Jew.” It’s a well-fondled canard in the U.S. for blasting Jewish Americans who object to Israeli state abuse of Palestinians, unquestioning support of U.S. welfare payments to Israel, etc.

And a significant chance that large numbers of white centrists “regretfully” cast their votes for a plutocratic spoiler candidate based upon this and similar manufactured nonsense.

Steyer missed a chance; when Warren said that the problem wasn’t whether one candidate was wealthier than another, only whether billionaires could buy a candidate’s vote, Steyer could have pointed out that as his own major billionaire donor he owns his own vote.
The puerile squabbling between Warren and Buttigieg won’t help either of them. They should have simply rejected the trolling questions.

Yeah, I am separating the reason I don’t think Bernie is antisemitic from the reason why I don’t think it will prove a useful line of attack for liars to take. If I were in a right-wing war room I’d be saying, “Don’t go with antisemitic, let’s think of a different line” and Russian agent sounds fine. Or hell, say Ukranian agent.
I don’t want a “moderate alternative” but I’d take Klobuchar over Buttigieg and Biden any day. And yes that’s in part because Klobuchar is a woman (fight me [not that this thread is full of people who will fight me on this]).
