2020 Uprising: Enough is Enough

Target announced that they’re closing several stores due to the rioting- 4 in Philly. One a block and a half away on Chestnut st - where significant looting and fires happened. Lots of people got their groceries there. Especially folks in the elder building nearby. Walkable- no car needed. Hope they open again after what they’re calling a hiatus. They are paying workers.

How does your friend have access to internal video/audio? Are we talking scanner? (Asking because I went to put this on Twitter and wondered …)

I would be surprised if it wasn’t possible to remotely brick that radio.

Seems like an obvious use case.

If it is, it may be possible for an enterprising hacker to remotely brick all of them.
