2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine (Part 1)

Yes. I knew that. I have been following this.

Also, this is one of those people which are due to newly gained internet fame are circulated in the media ~circus~ circuit as experts on the war and anything connected to the war.

I skimmed this, and will read it more focused later. However, dismissing an expert in the beginning is not boding to well…

That reads like a modern version of Tigana. Except Putin is no evil wizard who can make the rest of the world forget about Ukraine.

Shit, that guy is like a distant cousin who probably has never even talked to Alexey Navalny.

But they have. Given how well they have flamed American divisions that were festering under the skin, they are rather good at pushing “correct” beliefs. Even more so with their state controlled media in Russia.

They don’t need all of the internet to agree with them, just that the Russian people think " that they are really Russians, that their land belongs to Russia, that Russian language and culture are superior."

Ukrainian culture will persist… but if Russia wins, it won’t be in Ukraine. At least not in the open, and will forever change it.

OHHHH, he was on MSNBC. I didn’t get that reference made in some of the comments to his tweet about joining the foreign regiment. I did see he have an intelligence background and asymmetrical warfare. Sounds like he could be a good asset.

I do find it pretty funny in the face of Tucker whinging on about men not being masculine enough.

Now seriously, I thought that the Red Cross was a neutral symbol and not supposed to be used to show support for your side of a war.

I’m sure the org wouldn’t condone the use like that, but I don’t think they have any power to stop it.
