This HBO series did not need a Season 2

The plot thickens around Rzeszow. Something tells me this isnā€™t actually a C-32A as it is presenting itself to the world, but rather a C-32B

Wonder how well that will work when we have credible accounts of Russians in Ukraine ā€“ soldiers even ā€“ who report that their own parents chose to believe Television over their own children?

Remember all these medical professionals who threw up hands into the air because their own parents and close relatives believed Fox instead of specialists right in their family?

And at least Fox isnā€™t without alternatives ā€“ plenty of normal media in der US.

I am wary of predictions that claim imminent collapse of the Russian attack due to supply issues. They tend to be based - implicitly or explicitly - on the idea that no Western military would continue to operate is such conditions. And, sure, it would be rational for fighting to stop when the troops are hungry, out of fuel, and cannot be resupplied. But if Putin has decided that this is an existential matter, he may fight it like Stalingrad. We should be prepared for the war to continue until the Russian military effort consists of grabbing a bunch of kids of the street, giving them one rifle to share, and sending them across the border at a machine-gun nest.

Considering this is almost certainly a myth in regards to Stalingrad I wouldnā€™t go that far. But I agree that all too many analysts seem to apply standards from their own experience onto the Russian army.

ā€œPreviously the propaganda of violence (on state TV) was lying but it was optional. A person could believe or not believe in crucified children,ā€ Russian columnist and writer Yulia Latynina said on Feb. 26 on the Echo of Moscow in a reference to the 2014 Russian disinformation campaign that spread fakes about Ukrainian troops crucifying a boy in the Donbas.

ā€œNow this belief will be mandatory.ā€

Maybe he and Graham can assassinate each other? That seems efficient and useful.
