Apparently Anton Krasovsky grew up in Ukraine – or perhaps that’s disinformation to support the claim that he is a Ukrainian agent.

They also said they were only equipped with uniforms and were given some AK-47s and bayonets – but no ammunition.

“There is no information, no command, we’re on pins and needles, as we don’t know where our people are and where [the enemy] is,” one man said in the video, The Insider reported.

“No radio, no ammo, not a fucking thing. No medical supplies either,” he added. “I’d like to show this to our authorities … Do you consider this normal?”

Or perhaps he found a permissible or at least feasible form of protest in the reductio ad absurdum of the :ru: policies; satire, if you will, knowing it was beyond what the viewers would accept?

The Russian expression about certain things being “a dark forest” comes to mind…

Poe’s Law is the law of the land in Putin’s Russia. It’s hard to determine if they turned on him for engaging in satire or for simply saying the quiet part they all agree with out loud.

Athletic competition isn’t required to be so tainted; but it’s not like people who are fascinated by the ideals of human perfection as exposed by struggle for its own sake are…necessarily too far removed…from the fascist idea pool.

If anything, they might actually have a tendency to migrate in that direction in cases where modern warfare gets too uncomfortably close to mentioning that it’s not heroic supermen who win wars; but effective collective action and the sordid and unheroic exercise of bringing logistical, intelligence, and technological capabilities to bear to put some shrapnel through a would-be warrior/hero/martyr’s skull without regard for his genetic superiority or racial prerogatives.
