I think I have seen more footage of drones dropping grenades down the hatches of BMPs alone than Vietnam war footage combined.
During the Vietnam War news crews used 16mm film cameras, because portable video cameras and tape recorders didn’t exist yet. It took several days for film to be flown back, developed, telecined and edited for broadcast.
