The smell of insurance scam is as stinky as a fresh cow pie.
What if it gets classified as an ‘act of God’? How do you convict God, and is it worth trying for a mere $40,000 reward? There might, after all, be repercussions.

I’d check where they were grazing and what type of plants were in the area. Some plants are poisonous to cows (but not necessarily other animals.)
