I don’t imagine that there’s anything special done to the caviar either, it’s just that the caviar probably costs a lot more than the chips.

As someone who went to school in Maryland, I became a fan of the Utz Crab Chip and putting Old Bay on all sorts of things (Its awesome on wings).
Seems kinda crass to put caviar on them at least from a taste perspective. Caviar has a pretty strong flavor as it is, it might be drowned out by the Old Bay.
But then again, I don’t run a restaurant or eat caviar on a regular basis, what the hell do I know?
I would still try it in a heartbeat
