It’s old news, but further evidence that absolutely nothing takes priority over his ego. Most significant quote, IMHO, is that “employees fear for their employment, and wonder if they need to check tweets prior to issuing life-saving notices…” So we now plan to let people die so as to avoid embarrassing Il Douche.

Instead of the usually softball light hearted super bowl day interview presidents have done for years, a fake billionaire thought it would be a good idea to trash a real billionaire instead of attempting to heal partisan wounds

i was given a reminder of the following prediction by the conservative columnist kathleen parker from her column of 11/04/2016–

which column included the lines–

"If Trump wins, he’ll be held more or less in check by the House and Senate because that’s the way our system of government is set up. Not even Republicans are eager to follow Trump’s lead.

There won’t be a wall. He won’t impose any religion-based immigration restrictions, because even Trump isn’t that lame-brained. He’ll dress up and behave at state dinners and be funny when called upon. He’ll even invite the media to the White House holiday party. He won’t nuke Iran for rude gestures. He won’t assault women. He and Vladimir Putin will hate each other, respectfully."

clearly, this column did not have the predictive power of the following from the 01/17/2001 edition of the onion

edited to correct the date of the parker column.

Yes, his campaign really did spend millions of dollars on that Super Bowl ad

The response from Claire McCaskill is pure gold though.

Yet still worst fucking timeline ever.

There is a deep, deep irony in that headline.

Not sure how many of you here have either read or watched this series, but it shows what happened when Donald Trump got his hands on the Death Note. How he got his hands on it was probably the dumbest thing imaginable looking back on it. There was also this brilliantly pointed out moment in the one shot hahaha (SPOILERS and more SPOILERS!)

I don’t want to spoil it here too much.

So, Nixon left in power basically.
