I heard that one. Those folks are utterly unreachable by logic or facts, but yes, if you try to take their point of view it really does line up perfectly. An unfortunately self-reinforcing fantasy world. But come on, this cannot possibly be his actual base, can it? Are 30% of our population really that out there, loony tunes, conspiracy theorist, divorced from reality, however you choose to describe it?
I will also suppose that he is “family values, pro-christian, damn the gays for corrupting our children” kind of Republican, based on the “They scream loudest about what they themselves are guilty of” rule. Can I also point out that his “there aren’t enough white boys to go around” quote sounds way worse with this revelation?
