That haircut and moustache scream “this motherfucker isn’t quite ballsy enough to full-on cosplay Hitler.” He’s hanging on to a thread of implausible deniability, and that thread is mostly the moustache - which I think may only not be a toothbrush because its a bit sparse in the middle.
(Disclaimer: I know Stephen Miller doesn’t have the charm of Noho Hank, but he’s certainly got the looks and criminality)
