Am I reading that right? If the voters approve a ballot measure, the Legislature can then say, “No, you didn’t”?
So if the voters voted to enshrine the right to an abortion, the Legislature could change the text of the measure so they could claim voters voted the opposite? Or voted for something entirely different, like a pay raise for legislators?

I’ve always assumed some combination of the Russians blackmailing Taibbi for sleeping with underage hookers in Moscow, and him just turning into a contrarian fascist because people dared to criticize him.
