Here’s hoping bail is denied and, if convicted, the full weight of the penalties of commiting a crime while on supervised release are bought down on his head. Innocent until proven guilty and all that- but a grand jury indictment for rape is rare. The evidence was probably strong

A federal judge sentenced the Madison man to three years and one month in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release.
Herrington is set to serve the sentence at the federal prison in Talladega.
The next time that he’s in prison, they should say that about his food.

An ‘object intrusion,’ is the belief that disease originates outside the body from unhealthy objects coming into the body,” Watkins wrote. “In shamanic traditions, the body, mind, and soul are interconnected, and the well-being of all three are necessary for my client to be able to practice his faith.”
So dumb for agricultural states like Nebraska and Iowa to reject school lunch programs, which were designed firstly as a farm subsidy and a “woke” equality effort only as an afterthought.
