Guess the guy was lucky he wasn’t thrown in the cooler.
By the by…hasn’t this pulled over for driving a cooler stunt been done before?

Impounded 30 days? Beer’ll be warm by then and that will certainly teach our Australian gentleman a lesson he’ll never forget!

Looks like a semi-regular occurrence in both the US and Australia:

Is there some kind of international training manual on how to be an unnecessary dick head? A motorized cooler! whats next an electric pogo stick. Nip it in the bud before someone starts to have fun.

I imagine the usual assumed use of these things is for carrying drinks and such to your outdoor events, but I can easily see this being a good way to do say, your grocery shopping. I know in some jurisdictions you can legally use golf carts on the street for this sort of short trip, low speed application. I have to wonder how the motorized cooler would fair in those areas.

Love the full-size tow truck….

Overcatering in the truck department is something we do well in Victoria. I took this photo a few years ago, although in Melbourne rather than Swan Hill.

Just look at it.

Use an electric mobility scooter with a cargo rack fitted to hold a cooler.

You wouldn’t be able to rev the motor and signal that you’re drunk, but it’ll get the job done, and fits into a proper legal category.

We race beer crates in Germany. There are suprisingly many videos about building and racing them in german Youtube.

German engineering is the greatest in the world.
I don´t know if you need a loicense for them thou.

“…but the cooler was taken away from him, impounded for 30 days.”

The video above your post says they ordered it via eBay.

Also, the other link has a link to a US company selling them

Would the 30 days be a “cooling off period?”
