Reading between the lines he’s first patting himself on the back for unemployment numbers while in the same tweet talking about prison reform. Essentially this is equating blacks and Hispanics as criminals without overtly saying such.

But, why was she even there in the first place? Did her nebulous job involve managing diplomatic crises? Was she on the NSC? Did she have top security clearance?
Yes, it’s insane that she felt it prudent to casually record conversations there, but I can’t even fathom why she was even there in the first place.
