This was interesting form the Organic link:

Millennials are spending 14% more on organic products this year compared to last, and Hispanic consumers lead other ethnic groups, spending over 13% more on organic products compared to a year ago.

Maybe “Hispanics” are generally more aware of all the vile gunk most food is subjected to, many of them having worked closely with it.

Wonder was fizzy water helped by the Great CO2 shortage of summer '18? It was difficult to buy large bottles of fizzy water during the summer (I was told in the shops that the largest CO2 plant in Europe burnt while its main competitor was down for maintenance).
