This mirrors my limited experiences with microdosing wherein the micro part is less interesting than the dosing.

My n=1 experiences have been the same. They’ve entirely been (a) nothing to report; or (b) some threshold (and annoying) physical symptoms that say it wasn’t really micro but wasn’t macro enough either.

For those (like me) who foolishly assumed that “expectancy effects” are essentially the same as placebo …effects: here’s a psychological paper which asserts that placebo effects are a mere subset of expectancy effects and (as a bonus) if you read the whole thing (17 pages) will drive you …mad (and thereby increase the client base) [wink]
