However, this is the bigger thing:
Hannah-Kate Williams, a survivor of sexual abuse who has sued the Executive Committee alleging a cover-up of her abuse claims, asked Litton what the committee was doing about ongoing complaints of abuse.
There are lots more survivors out there. How they deal with this, and prevent future issues, will answer the question. I am not very hopeful, as this is a very conservative, patriarchal denomination, but I guess we shall see.
