When I used to live in Port-au-Prince there was a group of guys that would spend their time roller blading through traffic. They would form chains of 8 or 10 people holding hands and skitch from downtown up to Petionville, a rather significant hill, before heading back down weaving through traffic. Port-au-Prince traffic is intense and dense and the sewers don’t have manhole covers so there are unexpected holes kind of everywhere. They seemed to be having fun. I am sure they got into some serious accidents though.
