Yeah, only one place on Scandinavia is a shame. They’re really proud of their hotdogs, for some reason. And I’m sure there’s other places that make good hotdogs, especially former US occupied countries (Philippines? Japan?)
And all the places they list are in North America, too (at least geologically, considering Reykjavík is east of the continental divide that runs through Iceland)
