He was great in Patterson.
I don’t disagree, but since he already played Silver Surfer, at least physically, I think that’s unlikely. I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing him reprise that role, though. Maybe this time, they’ll actually let him read the lines.
I am fairly agnostic/ambivalent about Adam Driver. I haven’t seen him in a lot, but I’ve liked him well enough. I think he’s certainly a capable actor. And, if they want to play up the asshole nature of Reed Richards, I really think he’s better equipped to pull that off than Krasinski. Krasinski really has that whole “nice guy” thing down pat. Reed Richards is not a nice guy, even though he’s a hero.

He’d hardly be the first actor from a Fantastic Four movie to take on a new role in the MCU. Just look at the Johnnies Storm.

That’s true, but I was thinking more about the fact that Jones was in an earlier F4 movie, not just that he played a Marvel character.
