Those are an entirely different type though. Snakeheads are labyrinth fish, related to things like gouramis and bettas, rather than catfish. They developed different ways of breathing air.

I agree. But I had to prove to myself that i wasn’t imagining seeing walking fish in the late 70s, early 80s in Florida. Cocaine is a hell of a drug.
