Meh. It’s possible that the judge did see through mere “entertainer” and felt (rightly) that a heartless grifter was not an appropriate child-guardian.

Heartless grifter or madman, either way he’s unhinged. A calculating psychopath would have at least waited for the outcome of the hearing before running out to the courtroom parking lot to tell the world that his own attorney’s claim about Jones being a harmless entertainer were false.
