I am a gentleman, I don’t name names #cough!!# http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynchburg,_Tennessee
So do we legally limit the number of lawyers, or let the Invisible Hand hash it out?
(Back.) Well, I’d be in favor of a poison but I really don’t have an idea how to solve this problem of yours. And I hope as much I can it won’t spread to Europe more than it already did.
I am not in favor of no-regulations-at-all. What I call for are few, clear and sane ones, where you don’t need a lawyer or a special committee (one-man counts too) to determine if it is permitted or no. Leave artwork entirely alone, and focus on the texts. Maybe make part of the label (the one on the back of the bottle perhaps?) where there is place for 100%-truthful claims.
Yes. And provide a framework as simple as a web form to publish the data. The manufacturers already have them on hand and this then likely takes much less work than filling even a single design approval.
Those are rare. And then their potential gets burned on busting boozy-eyed Santas…
