I ate a Peep a couple hours ago - Hot Tamale flavor. Not as hot as the concentrate, but just right for if you blew a regular candy up into a marshmallow. Now I see @ChuckV and @bashful must be paged. LOL

@MagicFox: Lots of people hate the creme eggs. Not me, it’s pretty much the closest I can get to eating a dinosaur egg without suffering serious gastrointestinal consequences. I have a sad for you that they are sold out in your area. :frowning:

A friend of mine in high school once showed me “peep jousting”:

  • You put two of them on a plate and stick a toothpick into each one facing the other.
  • Put the plate in a microwave.
  • First peep to pop the other as they inflate wins. :boom:

I’m a little older than you and have maybe eaten two or three more than that. When, I don’t know.

I feel like I have seen cherry and orange flavoring at some point from Russel Stovers, but I may be misremembering. They do make a lot of different flavors and change them up some times for different holidays.

I like them when they are fresh at the beginning of the season and the marshmallow is extra gooey and melty - doesn’t become stretchy as it ages.
