My Dear Wife’s 84 year old Mom, I call her Mom too. 5 AM 3 mile run, breakfast, hot yoga @ 7:30, rest/nap, 12 noon swim, eat lunch & rest/nap, 4:00 PM hits the gym for weight training. 6:00 PM, cocktails & dinner.
She does that everyday with out fail, come rain or shine, and if you’re visiting, you will be trotting/pumping iron along side her regardless of personal interest. She’s my hero!
