I’ve long wanted an alternative to Google Maps for cycling purposes, mostly because I’ve long felt that their cartography was too dumbed down. I’ve finally found one…
Just exploring my area, I like what I see. I can zoom out much further (on Google’s cycling view, zoom out far enough and all the bike stuff vanishes).
I think it is much clearer to use than Google’s and is more useful than the trail maps I get at the bike shops. I can already find better paths to get to some of the local breweries.
