I think that’s just a cloth anatomical drawing that’s been sewn onto a pink sweater. It shouldn’t be too difficult to find and replicate.

Yeah, this was a bit freaky to watch as a kid. And those clear plastic human anatomy models at the toy shops.
John Cleese had quite a serious problem with one of those.
