Looks like I’ll have to upgrade my Trunk Monkey.

Long ago, my brother the mechanic always traveled with a floor jack in the pickup. If he found vehicles egregiously parked, he would jack them up and turn them in place. Sometimes there was sufficient room to park them sideways in the two spaces they were using so they could not exit until one of the adjacent cars moved out.
