āI did not pay for the Justiceās trip to Cibolo Creek Ranchā - so long as you give things out as rewards which you donāt pay for (besides, you know, footing the costs of running the trip) itās not a quid-pro-quo. Justice Scalia would have agreed, so itās fine.
