You forgot violate civil rights under the pretense of conducting an investigation, have an articullable reasonable suspicion as a pretense to illegal searches, how to steal from low income and POC with civil forfeiture, and how to use jargon like “war on drugs” & “we are conducting an internal investigation”, and my favorite "we cannot comment on this because it is a personelle issue–when it’s really a civil liberties & justice FOR ALL issue
I’m fairly tall and tend to look through the top third of most windshields. I find rearview mirrors to be an obstruction.
