You’d think Ken Hamm’s Noah’s Ark theme park would be prepared for rain.
But no. And now they’re suing their insurance company.
It’s incredibly damn frustrating that they were able to get millions of dollars in state funding. And they essentially did it fraudulently too, since they hired a company to estimate their annual traffic based on them being equivalent to a large theme park like six flags or knotts berry farm. More realistic estinates for their traffic based on scaling up a few other creationist bullshit dioramas like the Creation Museum had traffic at roughly 1/10 the submitted estimate with rapid decline and practically no traffic of consequence after the first couple of years
Basically Ken Ham defrauded the state government. He should count himself lucky he’s not in prison, thanks to Oklahoma’s Kentucky’s tolerance of christian sharia and dominionist legislature.
Christians love to be persecuted. We should convince him it’s the right career move for him.
Isn’t the rainbow the sign of God’s pledge never flood the Earth again? Maybe they need a giant rainbow flag.
Acts of God and insurance…
Kentucky actually, but still not wrong.
Sorry. I get my flyover states mixed up.
