He literally bought his way into the debate too. His endless campaign ads will lead to him getting votes. People will see those on their Facebook feed even if they missed the debates. I mean, how many kids begged their parents to buy them Count Chocula cereal without ever even tasting it?

I’ve said it before and will say it again. VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO. Bloomberg has already pledged his FULL financial support behind who ever wins the nomination. We have GOT to get rid of trump. Imagine trump filling up the supreme court. Imagine alllll of those other federal judges he would place. Imagine that little tiny fingered vulgarian unrestrained with a 2nd term…then a 3rd…then a 4th. Imagine it because that’s exactly what WILL happen if we don’t win. Democrats need to STOP all of the infighting and rally behind the nominee, be it Bernie or Warren or Bloomberg. VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO!!

True, but if it ends up between Bloomberg and Trump then there will be some people treating it as a vote on who gets guillotined first. Get Bloomberg out of the primaries ASAP, he is a very distant last choice for a lot of politically aware people who have good reasons for wanting him out (and not all of them can be dismissed as Bernie bros).

Yeah it’s not like there was anyone stopping Bloomberg from dropping a billion dollars to help defeat Trump in 2016.
I will support Bloomberg if he is the Democratic nominee, but that doesn’t mean I have to pretend he would be a good nominee. And I am certainly not going to give him any special consideration for as-yet-theoretical contributions to an as-yet-undecided nominee.

We did a double take when he said that-- “did he just say ‘bought’???”
Later we discussed how he’s spending roughly $7 million a day on his campaign, and joked “Hell, he can have my vote for a one-time payment of just $1 million”, then started doing the math on how much it would cost to actually just buy everyone’s votes.
