Who the hell is the simpleton coming up with all these great ideas at the ATF? This is the same agency that fought weapons smuggling by smuggling weapons to Mexico (Fast and Furious).

One of the interesting things from the old Stratfor dump was their description of the various agencies. The ATF was described as:
ATF Alcohol Tobacco and Fire Arms. Rednecks with a license to kill. Never, ever, ever ask for their help on anything
