Greene has previously called for the public release of the tapes so “everyone knows what did or didn’t happen.”

That’s a funny way of saying “the tapes don’t show what I want them to.”

Patrick A. Stedman, 35 — who bills himself online as an expert in “female psychology” — was found guilty of one felony count of obstructing an official proceeding as well as four misdemeanor charges tied to his illegal entry into the Capitol as part of the mob of supporters of former President Donald Trump who stormed the building and interrupted the congressional certification of President Joe Biden’s victory.

He now faces up to 20 years in prison on the most serious count at a sentencing set for September and has become the 17th New Jersey resident found guilty of playing a role in the historic attack, which caused millions of dollars in damage, injured scores of officers and threatened the peaceful transition of power.

Daniel "D.J. " Rodriguez pleaded guilty in February, admitting that he battled law enforcement officers on the steps of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and stunned former Washington Police Officer Mike Fanone in the neck before he stormed the building and smashed out a window. The government, in a sentencing memo filed late Friday, sought 168 months in federal prison, along with restitution of $98,927, saying Rodriguez’s crimes were acts of terrorism that deserve an upward departure from the sentencing guidelines. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson will sentence Rodriguez on June 21.

Toney Sheldon Bray, 46, and Ethan Bray, 25, of Mississippi, were arrested Thursday. They face a slew of charges, including obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder, knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release.

Jerod Thomas Bargar, of Centralia, entered a guilty plea to entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, a felony. His hearing took place Thursday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Bargar’s sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 3 before U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison as well as financial penalties.
