What I never get is: these people believe that the US is run by a legal elite who have tricked everyone into believing a false narrative about the constitutional status of their country. Why would that elite, once challenged with the right magic words, grudgingly relent and follow the “real” law rather than just ignoring it (and probably having the sovereign citizen killed for discovering the truth)?
Even if you believe all that BS it’s not in your interest to invoke it in court.
