The refresh rate on PowerCadd is slow because its a small two man operation, but my most recent update was Jun2018, and we are due for another soon. Web site is a mess tho.

Solvespace is a very interesting parametric 3D CAD system. It’s extremely simple, but has features like parametric 3d sketches and assembly constraints:
