Good to hear that at least the pets got out safe. That’s one bright spot in this bad situation.
I wonder if manufacturers should coat their lithium battery packs in a bittering agent, like Nintendo does with Switch cards, to deter licking and/or chewing by pets. Though I suppose the question is whether this type of incident, where chewing leads to property damage and/or injury, is common enough to warrant it.
Glad all the furry family members are safe. I love how the dogs are staring at the fire like they’re thinking:
“Campfire! Where’s the s’mores?”
Tune in next week, kids, for part 2 of The Secret Origin of Sparky The Electro-pooch, and Crackles, his feline friend!!!
How it started: “We discovered fire! We no longer need the hoomans!”
How it’s going: “Help! Help! We discovered fire! Where are the hoomans?”
