Despite all of the breathless claims of lawlessness in Europe by people famed for their objectivity and accuracy (Donald Trump, Nick Griffin etc.), crime in Germany hasnāt actually increased on par with immigration. In fact, this article claims that refugees are as likely to commit crime as the average German citizen. Sexual assault makes up less than 1% of these crimes by immigrants:
Of those committing crimes, Syrians and other majority Muslim countries are underrepresented relative to Eastern European countries. (The left shows the country of origin of immigrants, and the right shows the countries that suspects come from).
What has increased is attacks on refugee homes - last year there were 199 attacks, of which 177 were by right wing extremists. This year there were 817 cases by December 7, of which at least 733 were by right wing extremists.
