We’ve done this recipe for years but using oyster crackers. Makes a great party snack (when there used to be parties).

How do you mix the saltines into the liquid without it ending up a big mushy pile of crumbs? When you open any given sleeve of saltines, half of them are already broken.
This seems like it would work better with Triscuits.
