I remember Limbaugh stating matter of factly that if Obama lost, there would be a “race war” because obviously all black persons would riot.
It seems likely that you’re correct with the assessment. Take a look at the current policies in Poland and Hungary for the results.

Having a child who was born in The Great White North isn’t as useful as it seems like it should be, alas. There doesn’t seem to be an immigration checkbox for “Canadian trapped in an American body” on any form either. I’d even be willing to join a Curling league and totally enjoy it, but no.
