He wants to see a society in which we do not have massive levels of income and wealth inequality, wants to see a society where healthcare is a right of people and that means quality healthcare under the national health system.

It sucks so much that Bernie is stuck also endorsing, far less enthusiastically, a candidate who wants none of that for her country.

Ah Bernie. The man I could have voted for. Instead I have a man to vote against.

I really want Larry to win, but Witney is a very safe Conservative seat.

The only time it hasn’t been Conservative in its history was when Shaun Woodward defected to the Labour party because he believed in repealing Section 28, against the policies of the Tories at the time.

Hey now!

The only way Larry Saunders is going to get more than a couple of votes in Witney is if he personally punches a fox to death, and then uses it’s remains to beat the poor and immigrants. Oh, and defects to the Tories.
Source; I know people who live there. One used to have a signed photo of Margaret Thatcher in their loo. For reasons involving my brother and alcohol this picture ended up hidden in the boot of my car. Damn thing kept breaking down until I found the photo and burned it.

The only glimmer of hope is that Cameron’s local county councillor is Labour, but I don’t think he will win :disappointed:

I live in Oxford East and voted for Larry in 2005. I am only too aware that I live on an island of socialism in a sea of conservatism.

It’s the perfect place for it.

Or do you mean hanging on the wall in the same room as the loo? :stuck_out_tongue:
