If Russia invaded Ukraine, it would be front page news, and that front page news article would be filled with undisputed details that we already knew (Russia building up troops in the region over a period of months, etc). Those can be written beforehand.
What should not be written beforehand was whether they invaded or not. Kind of like a prewritten obit that doesn’t mention COVID.
In case of war, throw in some old “duck and cover” that the younger generation have forgotten. Just in case it escalates.
