That makes me a little sad. So does the fact the Purdue now owns Niman Ranch. I used to have respect for the brand. Now I wonder if I should trust it. Purdue doesn’t exactly not cut corners wherever possible…

I expected a different kind of article. This is just a plug.

A single Blue Apron meal generates a lot of packaging waste and requires an expenditure of jet fuel and gasoline to get to your doorstep. You’re better off, in my opinion, with a cookbook, a shopping list, and a trip to the grocery store.
